Abstract


Tunneling effect is one of the branches of quantum mechanics. especially
describe phenomena of a particle as a wave. By using de-Broglie equation,
we can give relation between particle and wave in microscopic condition, in
Tunneling effect if energy of electron as single particle less than potential
barrier, electron can pass the barrier with small transmission coefficient.
except the height of the potential barrier, the width of the barrier also influence
transmission coefficient. All of the analysis by using computational programming
as simulation to measure transmission coefficient and plotting wave function.
